Spicy Siracha Tofu

I think tofu can be quite a daunting thing to cook for people. I believe the texture alone can leave people confused, often leading them to ditch the tofu and grab the chicken or beans, if vegan. Yet, tofu is an incredible culinary secret because it is essentially a blank canvas, meaning it takes on the flavor of the marinade of sauces used.


Tofu is also a great source of protein, specifically for vegetarians and vegans because it is a complete source of protein, meaning it contains all essential amino acids (rare for plant based sources). Personally, I believe all things taste better in soy sauce, so this recipe is a great place to start for someone who has never tried tofu before. Additionally, this marinade can also be used with chicken or shrimp!
