Enjoy this salad on it's own, or top with with a piece of grilled chicken or grilled shrimp for a more nutrient dense meal. However, this salad is already BOOMING with nutrition. The quinoa is a great source of complex carbohydrates and protein, while the berries provide plenty of fiber! Avocado's are packed with healthy fats, as are almonds. This recipe is super simple and will 100% be a crowd pleaser this summer!
